Electric Cart Rental
$12 for each 9 holes. Must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
Maple Heights is cash or check only. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
Men’s Day – Tuesday
No women allowed on the course after 12:00 Noon
Ladies’ Day – Wednesday
No men allowed on the course after 1:30PM
You do not need to be a member to golf at Maple Heights on Men’s or Ladies Day.
Maple Heights is located:
- Six miles West of Highway 63
- One hour from Mason City, Waterloo/Cedar Falls & Rochester
- Less than half an hour from Charles City, New Hampton & Cresco
